Welcome to the official webpage of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Incorporated, Xi Kappa
Omega Chapter! As the Chapter President of this remarkable women's organization, I
am honored to greet you and share a glimpse of who we are. Founded on the campus of Howard University in Washington, DC in 1908, Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc ®. is the oldest Greek-letter organization established by African American college-trained women. Our local Chapter, Xi Kappa Omega has been
serving the Ventura County community since 1982. Our mission is to enhance the
quality of life in the community through our service programs and to foster sisterhood
through membership. We are a vibrant network of professional women, intentionally
supporting, inspiring, and uplifting one another and the communities we serve while
fostering meaningful connections, promoting personal and professional growth, and
creating an environment where everyone feels valued and empowered.
